On a more personal note, I would like to talk about my minor hiatus, just in case anyone was curious about lil ole me! And, I've never nerded out openly so no better time than the present!
Just a caveat that I'm quite distractible so I apologise if the sequence of my ramble is messy, it's almost 5am rn as I'm writing this
Anyway, I've been seized by the stinky claws of employment for the past two years, and coupled with social and work burnout I just haven't been able to sit down and do studies like I want to. I've so many art goals I want to achieve, and I want to keep drawing the mercs like how I used to! I have so many unfinished sketches and paintings that I no longer have the courage nor motivation to finish, but it is ok, because I will create more!
I appreciate every single ask I've received and will get to them soon, because I'll be quitting my (office) job very soon to focus on my OTHER (freelance) job! more hours, more time to draw slutty old men! Yippee!!!
This blog is extremely dear to me too, I read TF2 fics whenever I can and think about the mercs a lot. I wish I had more time to draw fanart and talk to people but alas I'm quite shy and also very specific in my tastes... So I'll just be here, drawing whenever I can and gobbling up everyone else's headcanons, fanart and fanfics from a teary eyed distance 🙂↕️ TF2 has kept me going for the longest time, and is also arguably the longest I've been into a fandom without dropping it even once. Super happy to see beautiful artworks and writings everytime I open my feed.
Nonetheless, I hope that I will be able to find new friends to talk to about my ships and headcanons as well. I haven't given up on my Repairmen AU! Very excited to continue working on it.
Anyway please come yell at me about tsyaniid's new fic if you want I'm creaming I mean screaming alright that's enough internet for today
Talking here is kind of cathartic, if you guys like reading my nonsense maybe I'll post more words in the future!
