Hey hi hello! Back from Reading festival and I am WRECKED. Honestly I'm going to take a month to recover because it was such hard work. Also, I cannot put into words how disgusting I feel from festival food: mostly carbs, next to no fruit or veg (although I tried to eat it as often as I could), no protein, and I was constantly dehydrated.. I feel beyond disgusting, pretty sure I'm due for shark week, and I cannot wait to get back in the gym to get my life back on track 🙏🏻
