uhm goofy aaaah rant (ig?) about how i hate that some people misunderstand Cioccolata and Secco's relationship and act like Cioccolata tries killing Secco every single day. Idk recently I've been VERY insane about them so I need to say this

To me, all Seccolata haters that say their relationship is problematic and that Cioccolata is manipulating Secco are genuinely braindead. It's okay to not ship them and interpret both as just awesome partners in crime, but trying to turn Cioccolata into a abuser just because you don't like him and you think Secco is too cute for him or whatever is just stupid lmaao.

"He's being forced", "he's there only for the money", then explain that one scene when bro acts in the gayest way ever just because he got a message from Cioccolata 😭😭😭 there's simply no way Secco hated him. Even in his death he was screaming for that man, dawwwg come on. Cioccolata has NEVER mistreated him in any way, both on screen and on "Cioccolata adotta un cane", HE'S ACTUALLY SO UNDERSTANDING AND SWEET TO SECCO? LIKE?😭😭😭

Some people just need to stop slandering Cioccolata in a way that implies Secco is a victim👀👀👀 he's not👍he has always been a weirdo💚

saw someone's impopular opinions here (some are truly peak btw), and i was going to talk about the "pucci is white" thing, but i'm SO but SO mad recently that i accidentally discovered it when i returned to twt that I felt like yapping much more than i wanted to. im still new to the jojo fandom so idk a lot of these stupid discourses around this topic so pls tell if i missed something. + my native is not english so forgive me for any grammatical mistakes. and in case anyone wonders, i'm a black woman.

it's so funny that they say he's just tanned when literally not a single baby is born tanned ?? even if his father was white (that btw, is white only in the unofficial colored manga that is full of mistakes), it still had a chance that he could be born black (both by genes, or mutations).

My father's whole family isn't white, but my father is (and actually tanned, in old photos you can notice his skin wasn't much dark). Even though my father's whole family is naturally dark skinned, and my mother's entire family is black just like her, my sister is white. Simply because of genetics!!

Saying he's italian when he's literally a mixed north american is so random. TALKING ABOUT MY FAMILY AGAIN!! My father's grandmother had children with a white portuguese man, it doesn't mean my father and his siblings are portuguese too. Sometimes your ethnicity has nothing do to with your nationality or race. I even saw someone saying he's just a tanned italian with swag?? like, LITERALLY

I'm glad Stone Ocean was animated, because if we sticked to the manga colors forever it would be such a pain in the ass to explain (since they're so dumb they can't even understand some simple things about science).

there's that one too. ofc they didn't care about his colour, they cared about his money. in the past, many of black intellectuals used to be admired by white people. instead of accepting they were black, they simply treated them and portraited them as white, because they refused to believe a black person could be smart (most popular example of it from Brazil is the writer Machado de Assis, until some years ago, people still thought he was white). In short, they might respect you if you have influence, but they will hate you nonetheless. Another example is "Chica da Silva", one of the richest brazilian women from her time (around 1760 and 1770). Many people respected her due her money and her husband, YET racism was still there, and was TOTALLY explicit and visible.

some other people says he's white bc of some illustrations made by araki, when IN TRUTH it's just some artistic choices (sometimes i also paint Margarida with a lighter color, not bc im whitewashing her, but for artistic purposes). It reminds me of a cool Pucci art an artist made and some few people thought they were whitewashing him...

we know damn well these bitches dont have the same skin color...
