Isn't it interesting that, while we've heard the completely whackjob "abolish all police, empty all prisons" stance a hundred times over, we've never once heard what these people plan to do with violent criminals?

Like obviously, we all know the reason is that they are all completely delusional and think that they live in a world where crime simply wouldn't happen if everyone held hands and everything was free, but like... I really, honestly, truly want to hear what they think will happen to violent rapists, murderers, terrorists. I've just never heard it.

That and, I'm pretty sure you could bluescreen one of these types if you ask them what they think about Trump. How do you accuse someone of being a felon who deserves to be in jail if you don't believe in policing or jail? But you just know they also hold that belief with no consideration whatsoever as to how it contradicts.

I really honestly think one of the worst issues plaguing (and perhaps partially causing!) the whole trans cult thing rn is the obscene amounts of misinformation, or total lack of information, from the medical side of it all.

The countless posts online from people who have had bottom surgery and somehow just... Didn't know the common side effects. The risks. Who went into it under the belief that they'd come out the other end with a fully functional set of genatalia of the opposite sex. Believing that's somehow the most likely outcome. Believing their body would happily cooperate with that, and there would be 0 complications.

The numerous posts from trans women online talking about getting a period, or wondering when they will.

The prevaling narrative that you can give kids puberty blockers and hormones, under the assumption that "it's all reversible" and will have zero adverse side effects.

"I have 0 feeling in my clitoris" that's because it isn't a clitoris.

"I've finally started getting my period" you don't have ovaries. If you're bleeding you need to see a doctor.

"honestly we should just put all kids on puberty blockers until they're ready to decide" we have existing cases right now of people who have completely stunted growth and development and are sterile because of being put on puberty blockers. Is that really worth it 'just in case' they're trans, which realistically is extremely rare?

I honestly don't think a lot of people out there say these things out of malice or ill intent. I think a lot of people truly just don't know the reailty of it.

The medical world will have a lot to answer for when we look back at this one day.

So recently I started following a Facebook page that gives updates for UK traffic police and the various arrests they've made recently for idiot drivers, cause they've had some pretty funny posts.

Now every singe time I see a photo posted by them of a bike with a deliveroo/Uber eats/just eat bag on the back of it, before even reading the post you can set up a little bingo sheet.

No licence, no insurance, illegally modified bike, reported stolen, swerving all over the road, and immigration offences...

You'll be right about a good 80-90% of them every time

Twitter's version of the "4B movement" is honestly so funny to me.

"Fuck you conservatives! We're gonna stop dying our hair, stop dressing slutty, stop sleeping around with random guys!"

- trump basically does nothing, makes some small good changes here and there, makes some stupid tweets here and there

- people act like this is the worst thing to happen in the history of American presidencies

- media spends all day making fun of his hands, the way he awkwardly drinks water and the one time he tweeted the word "cofvefe" cause they can't find anything else to meme on him for

- people literally shaking and crying cause america is a dictatorship wherein you die if you say anything bad about Trump

- election happens

- shocking amount of suspicious activity, glitches, potential evidence of tampering

- (covers eyes)

- american media downplay this and censor as hard as they can

- this is a good thing, more censorship actually please

- supreme court throw out the accusation of tampering without even having the decency and professionalism to simply just entertain it, which honestly has very alarming ramifications

- this is also fine, and proof that absolutely nothing shady is going on, and there's nothing to hide!

- trump gets voted out

- phew we did it guys, we simply voted out the actual real terrifying dictator who destroyed democracy and kills you if you criticise him

- unarmed protesters, upon seeing that clearly voting doesn't work, speaking up doesn't work, and trying to go through the courts doesn't work, storm a government building to disrupt and let their voices be heard

- omg NAZIS in DC are VIOLENTLY attacking the city, SHOOT THEM

I think the most fucking frustrating part of this whole last 4 years is that despite the truth of the matter being readily available, people will just remember this as "the time we survived the scary dictator and the pure wholesome government saved us :))"

It is 2023 and I cannot believe there are people out there still insisting that it's transphobic to not wanna date or fuck trans people. STILL

Like hun no it's not about politics it's not about prejudice it's not about "do they got some form of dick tho" listen I am a terminally straight woman and pretty much everything that comes under my personal definition of attractiveness all comes from someone being biologically male.

Dating and romantic and sexual preferences are inherently "discriminatory", that's the whole thing. If I'm not being unfair to cis women or short guys or whatever with my preferences then I certainly am not being unfair to trans dudes either.

It ain't that deep.
