The redesigns are doneee!!! These will probably be canon to the AU from now on

Starting off with Twilight and Rarity. They’re basically the same as canon but Twi has worse anxiety and control issues and Rariry’s appearance is mostly made up with dyed hair & painted hooves. She wears more accessories regularly.

Dash and Flutters are interesting. I prefer the idea of Dash’s family being more strict with higher expectations instead of being extremely over-supportive. This gave her the ambitious attitude she has in adulthood and would be the reason why she loves napping and lazing around whenever she has free time because she’s reveling in the greater freedom she has in adulthood. Fluttershy actually is part deer now! I thought that would be fitting and explain her animal communication more. She also kept some of her fruit bat genes after the bats episode so she’s a little hodge podge of creatures just like Discord which makes their relationship actually make more sense!! Cuties.

Pinkie and AJ aren’t very different either. I’m debating making Pink Ponk adopted or just having very recessive genes. She’s just as obsessed with dash as she is in the Wonderbolts Academy episode except all the time!!1! So they’re gay. Applejack isn’t very different in personality or background, but she does move out to Appleloosa with Coluratura in later seasons once conflicts slow down and all the characters get to settle down.
