If you can't tell I am obsessed with the messy rattmann style. I'm gonna say it. I think Mr. Doug Rattmann here is an underrated character and there ought to be more art of him.

Anywho, something for once that isn't Wheatley related woah. I rarely draw rattmann myself but I should do it more. I WAS going to make a speedpaint vid with this BUT windows gamebar crapped itself and corrupted the video file afterwards 😔 Hope you enjoy this little piece of mine though!

Demon Portal AU Rattman shows up!

Hello guys, here I bring you some more Demon Portal AU lore

Contex for the normal picture: This happened after the thief incident, he rised one level, gaining a horn, he is unconscious because of the salt rock hit AND because any level up for demons is a painful process so he fainted. Rattman, who is a friend Chell met at Aperture and use to work there, he helped her scape. He went to her home that day to help her understand better what's going on with this demon that doesn't seems to know her, but refuse to let her home and seems to be an... ex (human)-friend she use to have He would explain her this works and why that collard suddenly appeared in Wheatley's neck (symbolize the new connection/power she has over him now)

The Aperture symbol that appeared in his chest, I haven't completely builded, but is related to when he rise a level, it would glow when he comes closer to that or achieve it In this case, Rattman made the symbol show And the Companion Cube collar here is a protection amulet. He will give one to Chell too, just in case. It hurts Wheatley, so she'll need to use it wisely.

Context for the chibi picture: when Wheatley first arrived Chell's home, he thought she was not going to be able to watch him, so he started to do meany things (cat like meany things, like breaking a mug)

Doug Rattmann would be a cool wolf (I love that man)

This ask just made me wonder what he'd actually look like as a dog, so here it is, Doug Rattman!Wolf au. He's a huskyWolf Mix who vocalises a LOT and has a little stuffed heart he carries with him. I struggle a lot with drawing animals on some days, especially cats / dogs. Making cool looking markings also is rough, and I couldn't really get into the nitty gritty of this, I drew this at work LOL so i had to be quick! You cant see it here but he'd have a scruffy little patch of fur under his chin like a beard

“Infinite Aperture”

During playtests for Portal, users reported finding doors and passageways that lead them to “out of bounds” areas of the facility. One user reportedly found an “exit” in Test Chamber 18 and was able to photograph several areas and chambers they found. They reported that once a developer noticed where they were in game, they were pulled away from their computer and told that their time was up. No recorded gameplay exists and none of these areas have been found in Portal’s retail build. 

It is rumored the player’s recorded time out of bounds was 5 hours, 23 minutes.

hey I might of had a serious hyperfixation on portal idk if you can tell-  I created his monstrosity as a fun re-cap of the past ten years of official and non-official content, theories, easter eggs, and events. Still remember the day the portal 2 teaser dropped from the ARG and got hooked since. qvq
