How did they they meet?
Patchy summoned Koa by accident. Marisa met everyone during her bizarre adventures. And Alice met Patchy and Koa while exchanging recipes with Sakuya after PCB.
Who developed romantic feelings first?
Koa won that race. Alice developed feelings last, but she was more honest about it then Marisa.
Who is their biggest “shipper?”
Koa. But outside the crew Sakuya probably is helping the most.
When did they have their first kiss and under what circumstances?
Individually, Patchy and Koa kissed as part of a contract a while back. Alice and Marisa shared a sleepy kiss post IN, but Marisa pretended to forget. The other pairings had their first kiss after a complicated research session that turned into a series of confessions.

Koa did, but she cheats. Patchy was second. Marisa was third due to her tsundere.

Looting heaven for spell components then having dinner at a nice restaurant.

Alice is the one who CUDDLES the most. She likes snuggling shoulder to shoulder. Koakuma likes physical contact, but cuddle is probably not the proper word.

The night after they finally officially confessed and all agreed to a poly relationship. It had been simmering for years at the time.

Shortly after moving in there was a brawl about living arrangements and property rights that required the rest of the SDM to intervene.

Everyone but Patchouli. Unless there’s magical reagents involved.

Koakuma. Alice is tidier then the other two, but Koakuma actually cares about organization beyond “being tidy.”

Marisa’s the first one to float marriage after Alice gets pregnant.
