Real Ale Axis IPA on tap at Ember at IAH. A 3 of 4. A solid IPA with faint tropical notes in the nose and lot more tropical fruit in the light body. Nice sticky lacing, and a clean, mildly bitter finish.
Obsessed With Azacca 4.5% Single Hopped Pale by Quantock Brewery, Somerset, UK. Released in 2013, and named after the Haitian god of agriculture. Tropical fruit, citrus and pine flavours and aromas.
Raised a glass* to Pennell today *actually a plastic half, because we were outdoors and I was navigating (appropriately)
