Once you and the being(s) in your body are unified, and the amount of dark matter has finally been built up in your body, this is how you know you're ready to shift. The first thing to happen is your body overloads in that same energy I just mentioned, dark matter, and your skin will start to feel hot. A light headache sets in. During this process, your beings are taking over your regular cognitive skills, aka your human thinking and reasoning. After they take over, your bones in your back, ribs, and fingers start to break, reform and heal all at the same time. Then, your organs and your heart stop and change sizes based on what you have. Basically, you'll feel like you're dying and coming back. Now I do have to say that you MUST make sure that your body is ready for what's to come because if you're not, then you will surely die. Even though you living through the shift is a 50/50, be prepared for more anyway. Once the bones and organs are done being moved out of place naturally, your canines could grow by 2 inches or longer. Your senses will be greatly enhanced as well. You'll be able to hear the nature around you on a higher level, heartbeats and blood flow will become clearer to you, and you'll be able to smell every aroma near you and at different distances. After the change is complete, you and your beings will run off of pure instinct and bloodlust. Whatever you find moving, that is what you will eat. Whether it's human, animal, or supernatural. Based off of your memories, it won't eat the people you care about ie friends, family, children, etc. After the beast(s) are ready to go back into your body and let you take over again, they will respect you and your body. They'll return you back home, clean you up, and put you back in bed. You may remember what it did once you wake up or come back into the light. Some of you may ask what you'll look like after the change is complete. You'll look like a bigger, muscular version of yourself with veins popping out of your arms and maybe your chest. You'll sound like a monster(a deeper voice than what you already have) with different eyes that can range from any color. You'll be taller ie 5ft9 to possibly 6ft, heavier due to you body changing ie 300 can become 350 or heavier. Think of it like the beast from Split and Glass. Minimal changes, maximum outcome.
If you try to use any of your abilities in your calm, non stressful state, 9/10 you won't achieve anything special. At most you'll break a window unintentionally. Everything is situational or life/death scenario.
