A nice afternoon walk around the city was forgiving on her part. With loads of college work dropped on her shoulders, she could at least award herself for finishing half of it by stretching her legs, though the location didn't seem to be the most ideal.
She was, in a way, used to it. Scouting her way through and not purposely knocking over someone was something she was proficient at. Nothing too special, but it was better than having it the other way around. Although merging into a crowd was bothersome at times, she was intrigued by what she could find in it. One could never suspect what they can spy on for the time being; for instance, the variety of people within it. There would be cases were she'd spot a spoiled child whining at their mother in attempts to persuade her in getting whatever they wanted, or a couple nagging each other over a certain topic. Either way, Kairos was always active, regardless of how insignificant those events appeared to one's perspective. While it seemed as though she appreciated it, Elizabeth had her own insecurities as well. Just as long as she kept away from what could get under her skin, then she wouldn't have much to complain about and the smallest of complications would be pardoned. Well, for the most part.
It wasn't long until it proved that her stroll was going to be disturbed by the unexpected. Before she could proceed on, harsh friction against the street was heard and the brunette had to make an abrupt halt from whatever, or whoever, stood in her way. She couldn't tell whether it was done by pure accident or if it was intentional, but the young woman didn't find the patience in fiddling with reasons.
Agitated, she blatantly let out a caution at the other.
"Hey- watch where you're landing that."
