Don't skip any of these exercise for atleast 7 days.Make sure to do this daily to reduce your flabby arms.If you want good results,do this for atleast twice a day.
Exercise to reduce arm fat in 7 days
1.Criss cross
This exercise is a cardio effect and helps to warm up your body.So this will increase your heart rate. Steps to do this exercise: Stand straight and raise your hands to your shoulder level. Then move your hands to overlap each. In first step,your left hand should overlap your right hand in front of you. Again in second step,your right hand should overlap your left hand in front of you. Do this exercise for approximately 20 times. Rest for 15 seconds and then do second set.
2.Hands Up and Hands Down
This exercise makes your whole arm for workout. Steps to do this exercise: Stand straight with your legs apart. Move your hands up into the air and then move down. Slowly do this exercise and then speed up. Don't speed much and do this for 30 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds and do again for 30 seconds.
3.Wall Push-ups
For this exercise you need a wall.This is a slight variation from standard push-ups. Steps to do this exercise: Stand facing the wall. Move backward 2 steps and raise your hands straight facing the wall. Now push your whole body towards wall. Hold there for a while and then move back to your original position. Do this for 20 times. Take rest for 10 seconds and again do this exercise for 20 times.

4.Hand Circles
This exercise helps to reduce the fat layer in the hands. Steps to do this exercise: Stand straight and make your legs slightly apart. Then raise your arms straight to the height of your shoulder. Do circles with your hands in clockwise and anti-clockwise. Repeat this set for 20 times.So 10 for clockwise and 10 anti-clockwise.
5.Plank
This exercise helps in removing the fat layer from hands.At the same time ,it helps our whole body workout. Steps to do this exercise: Lie down on your yoga mat. Then bend your elbows and push your whole body up. Hold for 15 seconds in this position. Then rest for 10 seconds. Do this 5 times.
6.Overhead Bends
This exercise has double benefits.First is to strengthen your shoulder.Second is to tighten your side muscles. Steps to do this exercise: First stand straight with your legs apart. Stretch your hands to touch your leg. Don't bend your leg knee as well as hand knee. You can use towel to stretch your hands. Do this for 20 times and take rest for 10 secs. Again do this for 20 times.
7.Chair Dips
This exercise helps to tone your leg and hands. Steps to do this exercise: First you need chair for this exercise. Next take one step away from chair. Hold your hands on the chair end and sit ups with your hands. Try this for few heights and do for 10 times. Take chair push-ups for few times.
