This is Valentine!
He's a werewolf and the king of wolves and loves being a werewolf and hates being the king. His father passed away but his older brother is a bastard so the throne went to him instead. He spent his whole life being a fruity little tart of a man getting up to no good. He prince and the paupers his way off the throne and out of the city, but did such a bad job of it because they guy he chose to take his place looks nothing like him, so he goes on the run from the group of bounty hunters while prancing around from town to town getting up to no good like he loves to do.
