Welp I wrote a ton today, but that doesn’t mean it was anything productive because it was literally just fanfic.

Okay, that’s a lie. All writing is productive, but also, if I were capable of writing my book as quickly as I’ve been writing this fic, I might actually be done with it by now lol.

There’s something so comical about these two comments I left for myself

If I can’t stop making AUs for a story I haven’t even written yet, I’m going to have a meltdown.

Being a writer involves taking words and phrases and forcing them into bastardized versions of themselves that really doesn’t work at all, but at least you understand it.

For example, I just took “fus ro dah” and made it into a verb.

If you don’t know what to name something, choose Latin! Absolutely no one will realize that you named your object/town/character after whatever its/their purpose is.
