Well, this year I finally got to paint some Stormcast Eternals. I call them my fantasy Cybermen. Everytime I see a Stormcast I hear a droning voice in my head saying: “We are the Cybermen!”
Anyway, with my Cybermen reference in mind my color scheme should be of no surprise. A lot of iron and gold and no blue at all.Â
So after these first statements, let me begin with my “Lord Relictor”, I guess that the skeleton he is bearing on his banner is the relic he is named after.Â
Over all I like the detail level of the Stormcasts but to my tase they just look a little too much like Space Marines. No matter, still fun to paint. :-)
Ah, before I forget, this mini was of course made by “Games Workshop” (https://www.games-workshop.com/).
Knight-Relictor for my Undying Phalanx. Neat model, even if he likely won’t see much use.
Lord-Relictor Stormcast Eternals Painted 10/20/15 I did this one as a commission for my local Games Workshop store. It was based how he wanted it, because he wants to finish it. I tried a different technique for the cloak, and I'm very happy with the result.
