"This was a mistake," Jon spits, shoving away the hand they offer to help him up. "I shouldn't have trusted you. God, I've been so stupid-" "We can do this later," Ren reasons. "We have more important things to worry about-" He scoffs incredulously, turning to them with wild eyes. "More important things than the fact that you've been lying to me this whole time?!" "Jon." It comes out like a plea. "No. No. I don't have to-- Christ. I'm not listening to another word you say." "Jon." "What else did you lie about?" he demands. "Did you even mean anything you said?!"

15: trembling hands
They unlace their boots quickly with hands that try their damnedest not to tremble, the only sound in the darkness of the tunnels the rustling of fabric and Jon's strained exhales. Bracing themself on the closest wall, they slide their shoes into a small alcove their shaking fingers find near the base of the stone bricks.
"We need to get moving," they say, hushed and hurried as they straighten up.
Jon, for his part, doesn't snap at them again, just makes a noise of agreement and fumbles his way to slide his shoes next to Ren's. He takes a shaky breath and nods.
