When starships dock at DS9, the crews and passengers are delighted to find non-replicated food.
It’s still more convenient for people to just eat replicated food here, but it’s a lot easier to get “real” food on Deep Space Nine than on a starship. There are regular shuttles back and forth from DS9 to Bajor with special containers for Kava root, Katterpods, fruits, vegetables, Jumja sap, and so on. For those who like more meat in their diet, the Klingon restaurant has special shipments of real meat flown in for their picky customers. And you can buy “authentic” tube grubs and other Ferengi foods from Quark’s Bar, but you might want to check before you assume they aren’t replicated.
