Okay listen. I LOVE how this rooftop scene went down. Elton tries to kiss Bernie and Bernie, instead of freaking out or them having him say something nasty to Elton about his sexuality, he just calmly reassures Elton that he does love him but not romantically and there's nothing weird about it. They're still friends. I love that we get to see that lack of toxic masculinity and abundance of acceptance and love from Bernie to Elton. Just ugh this scene, man.
