Only to find out later that their S/O is pregnant with 1+ children. I personally think triplets would be funny, but you do you homie.
Lion El'Johnson : what he catches forst is not the sound, but the smell. Clearly something is off with you, aonprepare yourself to be jousted around like a cat in an exhibition. Once he realize that not only the smell but even the sounds inside of you are odds, he'll take you to his apothecaries. Did he got the fact that you're pregnant? Nope, but surely he'll have an hell of a surprise once he find out. Prepare to be secured and always controlled by the Watchers and his sons, the heirs of the Lion will be safe and sound.
Fulgrim: he was just holding you close after a long campain and then...something....strange...and his blood run cold.

Only when he know everything is ready and safe he'll allow his ears to finally enjoy those small heartbeat, the small kicks and the sweet and kind caress from your hands against his head.

As far as his apothecaries say the pregnancy will be difficult for his genes and yoir baseline body, and the factvthat he's transforming himself into a feral predator is not helping. He'll prepare a nest for you, he'll bring you food and give you all his love and attention. He just want his babies and his live to be okay.
Ferrus manus: he trust his senses, yet he want more confermation. When the apothevary confermed that you were carrying his children, hia blood children, he immediately stated just the obvious for him.

You tryed to convince him that it wasn't necessary, that maybe you would be ablento carry them without worries, but be stay unmoved. It's not that he doesn't trust your flesh, he doesn't trust he genes. He's too much, the fact that you were able yet to be close to him was still a surprise and a mistery to him, but he refused the chamce for you to get hurt by delivering his sons and daughters. He'll stay close to you as much as is needed, he won't leave you, just trust him on this.
Angron: you expect him to scream, to break everything around him, that he will juat start a tantrum that it will need moee rhan Kharn to stop him. Instead his arms collapse down like heavy weights, his gaze stuck on a wall, his mouth half opened. He just freeze.

When everything is set, when finally he know everything is back in place, he'll allow himself to listen to those heartbeat and smile.

Corvus Corax: he think of a malady, something wrong that may had happen when you visited the cities? Maybe something you ate?

Like Fulgrim, instant faint, but no son to hold him, just a loud SPLAT on the ground and a Primarch completely gone from the news.
When he'll woke you are close to him and you apologize, worrying that this may be a mistake, that maybe you're not ready to be parents, that this may be an inconvenience and-he'll sush you out with a kiss.
Is not an inconvenience, is not a burde and is an amazing news! Just...unexpected.
He's not a perfect man, he know that, and he know that these children won't be normal, but they are his own and that's what matter. His sons already love you, this event only will bring them closer and they will literally move the sun and the stars just to make sure their Legion Mother and future sibling are safe. They'll even make small toys and gifts, not good like the one that the sons of Vulkan would do but still good!
Alpharius/Omegon: surprised, they did not think anythig less, yet surprised. They surely did not planned this and it may become a situation in the future.
They will do things you may not like, but they want to keep you out from every dangerous event. Having children mean that they may be open to future attacks and threats, to they'lll act in advance when you're still unaware. That means they'll make their apothecaries transfers the still forming babies in genepods and making them grow away from anyone. No one will know...even you.
I had an idea for a followup to the whole “mini you living with the Primarchs” thing.
One day, you are very suddenly returned to big size. Hopefully you don’t hurt yourself. Like getting burned from the candles as you fall off Lorgar’s altar for you. Or bursting out of Jaghatai’s pocket as he is speeding along. Or any other potential embarrassment or injury.
(No, Fulgrim , the whole doll wardrobe you made did not change size when your tiny human grew. Pity.)
Once disaster is averted, and your pride saved, something becomes evident. Is the strange magic that changed you and the Primarch trying to apologize? You are actually taller than you originally were, tall enough that your head is chest height on a Primarch. The weirdness also seems to have made you tougher, much less likely to be accidentally crushed. (Vulkan: Perfect for hugging!)

Gives everyone a death stare that dares to even glance at your naked body. Fulgrim sees it as a massive benefit that you turned up the way you did. Now he can do all the things with you that were impossible like dancing together in the wast ballroom under the candle light, having a proper dinner with you at a grand table or holding you in his arms. Now he can finally give you the treatment that a honored guest on his ship deserves.
Lion El‘ Jonson
Protects your dignity at all cost by wrapping you in his cloak. At least now that you’re big enough to see him in the eyes you won’t feel like a mouse being watched by a cat. Lion is glad that he can talk to you properly now but the development is rather troublesome. It’s strange having someone besides his brothers being so tall and how is he supposed to keep you secret? He will just pretend that you had always been this tall and on his ship.
Perturabo
Unprepared for your sudden change and threw the nearest pillow at you so you could cover yourself. Again just because he says it’s a room for you to live in doesn’t mean it looks less like an enclosure than it did before. At least with your toughness you are less likely to run into a deadly hazard on his ship and since you are used to help him with smaller projects he might just allow you to sometimes aid him in bigger things, for example holding the flashlight.
Rogal Dorn
As soon as he notices your predicament his eyes are fixed on the wall while he tells you where you can find something to cover yourself. For Rogal it’s a small adjustment giving you another room although he doesn’t remember you being that tall. In a way it’s quite beneficial that you have changed so drastically. Now if you would excuse him he has to plan out the next two weeks in advance so he can have enough time to help you get used to your new life.
Konrad Curze
No one moves for seconds unless they want to be torn apart by the Night Haunter. It’s perhaps for the best that you returned to a bigger size and grew even more tougher considering what people inhabit his ships. A part of him is ready to offer you a separate room on his ship, another got used to sleep curled up around the pillow you were always sleeping on and would honestly continue doing so even if it means curling up around you.
Sanguinius
As soon as he notices your state he hides you with his wings till he can cover you with something better. After you got taller the work of his honor guard became much easier! Still a part of him is worried about your fate. When you were small it was easy to keep you away from the public eye but now the chances that you will attract the wrong attention are much higher and he’s reluctant to let the Emperor learn about you.
Corvus Corax
Pulls you away into the shadows before anyone can see your state. He had kinda kept your whole existence secret so now he had to make another cover for you and how you appeared in his ship. At least he doesn’t need to worry about you getting snatched anymore and him having climbing to retrieve you from a nest. Although since you are much tougher now it’s time to learn a new set of skills. You have proven to be a great student while being tiny.
Vulkan
Turns away and gives you his apron so you could wrap it around yourself till they find you some more fitting clothes. His adoration for you hardly changes although now he feels at ease when bringing you to the forge with him. The first thing he does after you changed sizes is finally hug you properly and honestly he’s surprised when you tell him he can squeeze a bit harder. Who knew being as tough as a Primarch has a lot of benefits?
Roboute Guilliman
Literally tears down a curtain to hide your body when you suddenly appeared on his desk. It’s a bit inconvenient that you have become big without a warning since he had nothing ready in your size but he’s glad that his friend is getting their normal life back. He will kinda miss having you secretly in his pocket but getting a good hug from someone who isn’t fragile makes him feel better. Maybe he can survive another day after all.
Leman Russ
Throws a fur on you before anyone can see you even if the whole situation is hilarious to him. Maybe his rune priests were a bit overeager when trying to figure out why you were so tiny but Leman is not complaining! You being nearly his size and with the same toughness is maybe a boon in disguise and now he can roughhouse with you without any fear of accidentally breaking all your bones and it’s endearing seeing you pinning him down.
Ferrus Manus
Point blank stare for a few seconds before offering you the nearest cloth for coverage. It’s good that you returned tougher but strength also needs guidance and Ferrus will make sure you are well trained. You don’t need to avoid all the small hazards that endangered your life before but now there are many more dangers that you should learn to deal with n his absence. It may seem harsh but it is done out of genuine care for your well being.
Jaghatai Khan
He guards the room till you put something on and doesn’t let anyone in. While it surely was nice to ride in his pocket, he’s about to teach you how to ride a jet bike yourself. It’s only right to repay his debt a bit after he lived with you for a long time. Your first crash revealed that you were tougher than you looked. You know if you want he has a lot of things to teach you that he usually would hesitate to do with a baseline. Just say the word and he will do it!
Angron
Everyone in the room better get out before he makes them. It’s perhaps the most comforting thing that had happened considering that he doesn’t need to be afraid of squishing you on accident. You’re tough and that resistance means that now you can actually spend more time with him. That doesn’t mean he won’t be cautious with you since toughness doesn’t mean invincibility but it’s an upgrade from only being around him for five minutes.
Magnus
Literally caught you falling from the upper shelves and wrapped you in his robes. For the next hour you sat wrapped in a blanket in his library while he tried to figure out how it happened. But Magnus is pretty excited about the change. Just imagine how many things you can do together now since the risk of injury became lower? He would even dare take you to places where he would go to with Astartes and his brothers.
Mortarion
Lifted you up and carried you out of the lab before you could come in contact with something. Now that you are more resilient and taller he’s almost certain that he won’t accidentally kill you. Still if you would allow it he would like to run a few tests on you. He’s still convinced it’s some warp stuff that is messing with you but at least it turned into something better this time around. It’s for sure the fault of Magnus!
Horus Lupercal
No one is allowed to see you and just like that you are hidden from view by several Astartes. Remember when he told you he’s going to wine and dine you? After waiting for so long and going through different size changes he can finally fulfill his promise. Secretly he’s glad that he’s still a bit taller than you but he doesn’t doubt that all his taunting that he did while you were small will come to bite him in the foreseeable future.
Lorgar Aurelian
Oh no his shrine! But also it’s a divine sign that you have grown! His prayers weren’t in vain! Lorgar is honestly very happy that you stopped being pocket sized and clad in new robes you can continue to watch over the sanctuary that he had made for you. He tries to understand why you were made nearly as tall and as tough as him but the universe moves in mysterious ways and maybe it means that you are destined to be his match.
Alpharius/Omegon
They instantly grab you and hide you away until they can resolve the situation, naked or not. It went against all their plans but surely can adapt and you being just as tall and tough as them meant you could just theoretically pass as them. Perhaps with a little bit of training you could become a body double for them in certain situations. Just remember to say that you are Alpharius and what is your opinion on changing hairstyles and going bald?

He trims it. Just so it's not in the way of putting his armor on, but if didn't have to do that, wouldn't shave.
He's naturally very hairy and his body hair grows very quickly, so he gets frustrated and thinks about burning it all off like his Astartes, but having body hair makes him feel masculine, so he doesn't do it.
On you? Will judge you if you don't shave, yes he's an asshole like that. Will say some bullshit about hygene or something;
Jaghatai Khan
Also trims it. But just sometimes, for aesthetics propose. He doesn't really care but he likes to look nice for special occasions;
Doesn't grow a lot of body hair in general but when he doesn't take care of it things get wild fast;
On you? Please PLEASE don't shave! He goes absolutely FERAL for body hair, but he will not say anything about it, sees it as your choice so he doesn't push it.
I also can see him being the type to write you a letter saying "I'm coming home in a month. Don't shave"

Burns all his hair off, he is smooth all the way, he says it's for his armor but he just likes the way it looks;
His body hair grows really slow so he only needs to do that every so often, if you ask on why he likes it that way he will say it's to match his arms;
On you? All natural or completely shaved off, no inbetween. You will have to remind him that baselines can't burn body hair off like Astartes tho

Burns it all of if it gets in the way of his armor, until then he doesn't care about it;
He dislikes the sensation of a sharp blade or hot wax on his skin and finds it unnecessary torture, you will have to ask him not to burn his eyebrows off too
On you? He will say the doesn't care and that you can do as you please, but he does like if you go all natural.
On Nuceria slaves were obligated to shave all off in case some one wanted to "use" them

Trims it, but it's for hygene reasons he says, you can see that he is letting himself go if he starts to go all natural;
Yes, his body hair is all blond too, so it's a little hard to see that he has any, but he likes the texture that having at least some provides.
On you? He will be on his knees begging you to not shave it all off, he will say that you look perfect just the way you are and that you don't need to do that;

All natural, but he doesn't grow a lot of body hair and will trim it if you asked but not that keen on it
He likes the way he looks with it and will start telling you about the positives on having body hair, did you know that it helps dissipate pheromones?

He uses those creams to remove body hair everytime he takes a bath, he is smooth;
He does grow a lot of body hair if he doesn't deal with it thinks get wild fast, and yes the carpet match the drapes.

Trims it for practical reasons, but will let it grow if you asked;
Doesn't really grow a lot of body hair but also thinks it's weird when he doesn't have any. Had to burn it all off once so he could test his new armor and only looked himself in the mirror after he let it grow for a bit.
On you? Doesn't care but has a soft spot if you let it grow all natural, says something about fertility

Burns it all off to make it easy to put on his armor, but likes to have a little bit;
Also don't really grows a lot of body hair and can't use normal razors because they melt on his body heat and wax never hardens on him so burning all of it's the only solution;
On you? Thinks that not having any body hair is weird so please grow a bit of it!
