For everybody who was concerned about @robronalways: I just got a hold of her and she is struggling at the moment so she is taking a break.

OK, caught up with the Robron bits after dad’s b-day celebration got in the way of live watching. For @robronalways, how I read Aaron: ED is trying to tell us he’s in total denial because he wouldn’t be able to cope if he weren’t. That’s why Liv, who’s the “truth teller” character in this ep, asks him how he can stand it. Because she knows her brother and she knows he can’t actually. And that Virtual Reality helmet thingamajig? CLEARLY A METAPHOR. Being repeated twice in two consecutive episodes, together with the mess and Liv’s observations, it’s telling us that Aaron has detached from reality so he could get through scenes like the one we got with Rob and Liv and R. And Liv trying to make him confront things is what she’s literally trying to do when she pulls that VR helmet off his eyes. But it doesn’t work, he chooses to shut himself out. Because if you think about it? Gotta be rough as hell. Seeing your ex with the woman he impregnated while he was supposed to be with you, looking almost couple-y, and hearing your kid sister recounting every humiliating (in Aaron’s mind) thing to them, right in front of you. If Aaron didn’t disconnect, he wouldn’t be able to get through that situation. When Liv tells him Rob still loves him, it can’t change anything. It’s not new info, not really, it doesn’t make the problems disappear (the baby, Rob scheming, being around R all the time). And in that moment, with the VR helmet over his head, Aaron saying “he’s got his life, I need to get on with mine”? It screams how THIS IS NOT ACTUALLY AARON. Since when has his life revolved around playing games to the degree he tells Liv to join in or do one? This is him hurting so much, he’s actually doing the opposite of living his life, he’s distracting himself from it by using the games. Also, R keeps going back and forth between nice, almost saintly and downright nasty. It’s been a while since we’ve seen the latter and this scene? Totally that, accentuated by the fact that she’s so cold and mean to a TEENAGE GIRL SHE ONCE SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT. So I do think this is something that might play eventually into a black widow R rising if they decide to go that route, which I feel is more likely after that scene. If R was honestly kind hearted like they’ve been playing her for a while, this scene would have never taken place. She would have been distraught, apologetic, guilty. This R? Quite possibly a sign of twists to come. I REALLY HOPE SO, ED, MAKE IT HAPPEN. Lastly, Robert. I love you, you big ball of pain and mess. I LOVE that he was the one calling out to Liv, seeking *her* out. I thought she would go after him to shout at him, but I ADORE the fact that the second he sees her, despite not knowing for sure whether she’s aware of what he did or not, he physically goes out of his way to talk to her. I love that he didn’t make excuses, I love that he’s so open TO LIV about how much he still loves Aaron and always will, about how much he hates himself, R and the baby. I love that he would have done anything to take back that night. Basically, same, Rob. Same. In conclusion: small, dysfunctional family, on its way to be reunited. You can see the tears where they’ve been driven apart and those are exactly the spots around which they’ll be brought back together. I have more thoughts, but I’ll stop screaming into the void now, promise.

@trashmouthsugden ~ okay so henrietta came back and i was so happy that i literally squealed when i saw that she was back on my dash because this girl is just an angel and i love her dearly. she’s just so lovely and passionate and that’s always so amazing to have in a fandom. she cares so much about the characters - especially her son robert sugden - and i love her for it so much!

@theprincessed ~ dani is amazing, she is the Tag Queen and i bow down to her excellence. she makes me laugh literally all the time when i see her reaction to a gif set of robert and she goes insane in her tags lmoa. every time i see something involving ryan i know exactly who to think of! also her nail art … very good! 

@robronalways ~ if you haven’t read at least one fanfic by her then … where have you been ?? i can’t count the number of times where i’ve felt down or just a little off and then turned to her ao3 account and felt better. she’s written so much for this fandom and i am so grateful for her and her amazing talent!

How about some love for Hannah @robronalways she has taken shit after shit in the fandom and still manage to stay awesome and keeps writing so many great fics. I have lost the count of how many I've read from her she is my absolute queen writer. I think she deserves more love and appreciation from the fandom. 💖💖💖💖💖 send her some love because she deserves it.

In terms of @robronalways i don't know what happened last night like from midnight onwards (UK time) but I'd been speaking to her earlier. I do hope she's alright 😞😞

I do hope so, too.

Could just be a bug, could just be her needing some time off.

I wrote her on another social media page though asking if she’s okay. I do hope so.

Robron Transcripts

As you might have noticed, I am back from vacation!
