Wanted to celebrate Godzilla’s 65th anniversary in some way and what’s better then introduce my own shared monster universe called the Kaijuverse? :) Expect more to come and happy birthday Godzilla! :D

Godzilla - Kaijuverse

Bio: Over the years since the Earth's beginnings,stories of gigantic beasts both good and evil roam across the many nations inspiring fear and awe of their might and powers. Among the most fearsome if a deity known as Gojira at the Odo Islands across Japan. Folk stories talked about the god in exchange for good weather they must offer maidens as sacrifice. Most scoff as such stories as pure fantasy but around the mid 50s,reports of a creature were sighted upon the mountains of Odo Island,one encounter included seeing the head of the beast at it roars then slinks off into the ocean. It went as far as to one stormy evening to destroy a village in seconds. This was of course part of urban legend since whatever evidence support such theories are either hidden away too well or don't exist all together thus wasn't thought of much since the supposed incidents. But that all changed in the year 2004 where a moment in both Japan's and the world's history changed forever. During the first week of November on the 3rd to be exact in that year,there were earthquakes that shook in the caves nearby the city Janjira. Worried that it would lead into the plant melting down along with similar reports of what was going on East of the city,the government sent out research teams to look into what's causing them. As they've reached the stream that leads into the ocean,they noticed that a patch of jagged rocks weren't like the rest. They found out too late that they belonged to a creature that wasn't at all fond of being rudely awakened from slumber. The monster rears it's head and breaths out atomic flame that wiped out half of the crew,leaving the survivors to rush out of the cave. The monster followed close behind as it bursts out of the cave,roaring in rage as it then walks towards Janjira's atomic plant. If that wasn't horrific enough there were now reports of another creature that's said to be a mixture of a centipede,and a lizard was crawling through the marshlands towards the city was looked to be responsible for the other earthquakes. Being taken by surprise the city didn't have enough time to properly deal with whatever this monster wanted as it grabbed onto the plant,then began absorbing the radiation. The army was then sent out to try to take down the beast but to no avail. The monster just wiped them down. Suddenly the monster was attacked by the bug lizard who leapt on him. furious the first monsters fought back against the bug lizard,resulting in a brutal and bloody struggle that was leaving the already damaged city more in ruins. In the end the first monster bit into the bug lizard's neck hard and held on until the bug lizard,struggled less and less,till it was no more. The cave beast then tossed the corpse aside then burned it with it's atomic breath,roaring in victory. The monster then left for the ocean,leaving the survivors to mourn for their lost ones and lost city. To say this was a news sensation would be an understatement. Frantic theories and articles made upon the history changing tragedy were around left and right as everyone now accepted the truth that monsters are indeed real. As for the monster that was the victorious one,it turned out to be Gojira or Godzilla from Western Presses the same monster from not only Odo Island's mythology but also the same one reported in the 50's. According to the newly revealed MONARCH organization, Godzilla was from a higher level of Mega Fauna that thrived on radiation. Believed to be the last of his kind Godzilla went into hiding when the radiation levels were down but when radiation tests were being used,Godzilla came up to feed upon it but during the Bikini Atoll testings Godzilla was caught in the blast head first,leaving him scarred from the chest,and having an amount of radiation that causes him pain. This made him act more aggressive towards humans as a result. Now faced with this new realty,the world now has to adjust to how to cope with dealing with Godzilla ad others like him. Whatever happens it'll be quite a difficult road. Height - 100 Meters. Powers - Is able to fight tooth and claw. Can fire a powerful atomic breath that can sometimes make him hurt if used too much. Sometimes fires out atomic fireballs Uses Tail as whip Personality - While not hateful towards humans,Godzilla has a strong distrust,and annoyance towards humanity,for how they used the bomb on him and giving him the newfound pain. Has a Grumpy,and anti social additude Feels lonely often being the last of his kind while at the same time being the first given his atomic exposure.
