@dirkgentlybuzz haven't tried the dating sites, too scared, and my parents would prolly judge me to hell and back if I did. (They're conservative -rolls eyes-) As for the colleagues? Not really, at least none that I would hang out with. They're mostly older women or a lot younger than I am. Perks of working at a daycare I guess. I want to put myself out there, but I'm scared to. I don't think I'm pretty enough, or even likable enough to go out and land a date. I feel like I would have to hide part of myself from other people because they don't get fandom, or fic writing. And forget telling them I basically write gay fanfiction now. God forbid this white girl write gay stories. (Can you tell I'm from a conservative part of America yet?) So idk, at this point, I'm almost willing to say I'll be alone for a long while.
