She had no idea where Jordan had gotten to, and though worry was nearly choking her, she refused to let it show. So far, she’d lost her head a couple of times, but she felt as if she gave in and lost it altogether, than the rest would follow. Especially Roman. He’d had a nasty awakening to what was happening, even nastier than herself, and she took a deep breath as she came over to where he was sitting, lowering down at his side with a bit a of a smile.
“Hey R. If you’re up for a bit of a nervous walk, I bet we can find one of my grandpa’s old suits or something up in one of the rooms for you to change into?” There was still blood staining his clothes from where he’d slipped in it before. Leaning over to let her head fall onto the shoulder of the young man who was probably her oldest friends. “You can’t stay in those clothes... you’re gunna start to smell. Have-... Have you seen Jordan?”
