If not for you, what would I know of time and space beyond this show where masqueraders trick and thrive, whilst magic struggles to survive unless love keeps the soul in tow.
You showed me highs above the low then depths unknown when you did go; in fact, I might still feel alive if not for you.
Yet death is just an icy throe when blood runs warm in afterglow; the heart that one soul could revive sustains both flight and crashing dive for life's long lows had stayed just so if not for you.
