After considering it; I think that Rory develops hypersexuality once she starts to live in more populated areas and had access to more sexual experiences. As a kid, her parents REPEATEDLY hammered into her head that sex was bad unless it was for procreation, hiding any mentions of it from her and her brother.

So when she has sex for the first time, it becomes an act of rebellion for her. Even though her parents are dead, she still feels the need to rebel against their ideals. It becomes an addiction, a need to lash out against the ideas that sex is an inherently bad thing. Inadvertently though, as it becomes an obsession, it becomes a bad thing. At least for Rory.

as for who is fussy it is without a doubt Ward when it comes to bedtime. Big Ward? No problem (at least, it seems like there's no issues). But bedtime is a major roadblock for Ward when he's regressed and it's a trial every night. One non-negotiable thing is that he HAS to have Commander Gale (his puppy plush) otherwise bedtime's just NOT happening. Substitute plushies do not work and don't you even dare try it.

Several nightlights, McCoy has to check every possible thing that Ward can think to ask (closet, dresser drawers, under bed, behind the desk, behind the-). Usually some sort of something playing in the background (storm white noise and SOMETIMES a weather documentary or recording of weather reports but usually Ward ends up wanting to watch them so). It's pretty much guaranteed that McCoy will put him to bed at least a few times (Ward will use any excuse to get up. bathroom, drink of water, forgot to clean up, ect), probably a story or two. Some nights, McCoy just has Ward come sleep in his bed because then at least he doesn't have to get up as frequently and can just settle Ward back down

Fun OC yuri fact: despite All That, Steph is significantly more jealous than Rory and she Hates it so much.

No matter how much she knows that Rory is a terrible person, she still wants Rory to be her terrible person and it does terrify her that it could change and Rory could go be insane about someone else, someone better, someone who will be as devoted back.

Rory's got too much of a god complex to ever consider someone else a threat to her and Steph's relationship. No one else will ever be what she is to Steph. She'd also never even imagine imprinting on somebody else like she does Steph, she's too devoted to that girl regardless of how she does or doesn't respond.

The werehyena blessing was first bestowed to women in Africa suffering from abuse and violence to defend and protect themselves. Nowadays, the curse lingers because it’s become a thing to protect fiercely, despite being a blessing of protection. New weres are rarely common now, due to the desire to keep it in a small circle.

Meet Layla Russell, Rory and John’s accidental kid. As I posted before, werehyena pups aren’t a super common occurrence, but they do happen if the mother isn’t super careful. Not to mention, sleeping with magic users drastically increase the chances of the offspring being born a werehyena.

As drawn above, Layla was born with some of the characteristics of a hyena: small tail, pointed ears, and talons on her hands and feet. She relies on breastfeeding for the first 18 months before developing her teeth (juvenile) within less than a month and starting to eat meat. Cubs eat as much meat as a fully grown wolf, and adults eat four times as much (if in the wild). They have to be housebroken before being potty trained, as their hyena instincts are much stronger being naturally born.

Layla is sweet and affectionate with Rory, but VERY mistrustful with John, who reciprocates the same feelings. She takes Rory’s last name (which is for the better) and spends most of her time with her mother. As much as John wants to love and care for her, he has to distance himself for the child’s safety. She is a Constantine, after all.
