Weird pet peeve of mine is when rubber bullets are portrayed as the more moral way to use guns. Like particularly by Jason Todd fans cause on the surface yeah. But mostly no. I’m actually from the place rubber bullets were made for and they suck.

They don’t kill people as often but their not the moral alternative their portrayed as

They don’t work for a guy who shoots at targets cause their not made to be shot at targets their made to be shot at the ground and rebound. If you shoot directly you’re going to kill or disable them.

And used as intended (despite the problematic ways this can be done) you lose control of them and they can go anywhere.

Also like. The biggest association I have with them (as someone from the place they were made for) is how many children were killed by them. Or disabled by them.
