So, when good people die they go to heaven and when bad people die they go to hell. When a demon is exorcised they return to hell and when an angel is “sent away”-- for lack of a better word -- they return to heaven. My question: where do the angels and demons go when they’re shot with the cult and stabbed with Ruby’s knife or an angel blade? Because once an angel or demon is killed with one of these objects, they don’t come back. Does being killed with the object leave them in some kind of limbo, or is it just the end -- eternal darkness, as if they’re sleeping forever? Or maybe they’re sent to purgatory? Maybe being killed by these objects traps them in heaven or hell and prevents them from returning to earth?
