Master didn’t realize it was #globalrunningday because he didn’t want to run. He wanted to run when he saw we were going back home. He definitely knows the route so I got to run about half a mile and we walked about a mile. When your socks are feeling your early #workout morning mood. • I go to Group Power because I know nothing about strength training. It’s nice to have someone else tell you what to do and be done with it. The exercises change up when they need to and I don’t need to worry about anything but getting strong. • How often do you strength train? Two workouts today. 12 miles. I took the @procompression marathon elites for a spin because I felt like I was training for @bostonmarathon What about @nuunhydration ? It was windy AF and the stroller was going getting blown all over the place. Running with stroller Gaza d today but at least I got in some miles. 🏃🏾‍♀️ The more I run the better I feel so I’m going to start pushing a little harder now and hopefully I can get on a running schedule to stay consistent. I’m always talking about planning meals and being prepared for those things. But do you plan your #fitness like you do your meals? Do you write your plans down?
