The perfect after Run meal AM I RITE? I'm not drunk yet tho, give it a few my stomach is very nearly empty. I did not get my goal time too hot & I was in pain for last mile of the run, however I was around 45 min & im happy I didn't do worse then previous. I'm confident with more practice on hills & interval run/walks I will break 40 min! So I'm gonna enjoy my carbs!
