Today's workout: 1 mile jog. Easy pace. 1 mile walk. 9 miles on the bike during cycling class. (Which is the equivalent of 3 running miles.) Plus, hip/quads circuit, ab circuit, then bicep/tricep circuit. Recovery: Juice from @ambrosiajuiceco - Recover: Post-Workout: Kale, Mango, Pineapple, Banana, Coconut, Flax, Orange Juice + Protein Powder. And @kodiakcakes waffles with peanut butter. Today was first ever cycling class and I wasn't sure what to expect. I had to take my resistance down a notch a few times but I sure got a good workout in! I was only expecting to do cycling and stretching for class, but SURPRISE, there was like a full body workout with circuits. I did enjoy the class though! Not sure I'll be able to walk tomorrow! Time to foam roll, stretch, and ice!
