Enjoying Sababay's signature wine along with some food pairing at Sababay headquarters located in Gianyar.
Usually wine is fermented in barrels, however due to the humidity of Southeast Asia, wine at Sababay has to be store in cooled containers to prevent mold.
Enjoying some wine at Sababay Winery located in Gianayar. I of course was the one trying the wine as my wife doesn't drink.
