The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne - episode 2 - Queen Victoria and the Giant Mole
realizing you still ship a ship that consists of two characters from two different shows, both of which ended years ago
Current Sexuality: Rebecca Fogg brawling
Proof to further reinforce my case that The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne was/is a ridiculous(ly awesome) show. [x]
Me: *beats head on everything for eternity because The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne doesn't exist on DVD*

Awesome to hear from one of the maybe three other people who ever saw this show!
SAJV is one of those shows that in another universe could have been huge. I never even heard of it until years after it ended, but seriously: Michael Praed cynical and full of heartache, Francesca Hunt badass and wry, meeting monsters in steampunkland? I was on board immediately.
Meet Jules Verne. When I first made his acquaintance, he was a starving writer living in a garret. Unbeknownst to him, the ideas he wrote and drew were far beyond idealist hopes and dreams. I happened to be working at the University he attended, and our paths crossed on multiple occasions. The reason behind this? The monster Count Gregory. He wished to steal young Verne’s designs and would stop at nothing to retrieve them. Fortunately, Count Gregory had stolen something that I needed back urgently, so I was able to save Verne before it was too late. And thus began an unlikely, but wonderful, friendship.
Any questions so far? This would please me to elaborate further if you so desire. Simply send me your inquiry, whether on this entry, myself, or anything else.
