Summer is a fantastisk time for everyone, except sometimes it can be a bit tricky when it comes to what to eat, hot and heavy foods can be too much to deal with in 27/30 degrees.
I know i have shared this recipe before, but i just thought to do a little throwback, you know when something is too good, you just want to share it right?

sooooo..... where to start.. well, i planted some carrots this spring, and when they grew, i moved them to a bigger place to grow on. Now, when i wanted to harvest them... there were not one single carrot! there were leaves, but no carrots. i told my dad this and he wanted to check... aaaand it turns out that it wasn't carrots. what i harvested was sallad...
story behind that: i planted sallad and carrots next to each other ( which i forgot later ) and after this occured, i remembered that the dogs at home dug up the "sallads" but that the "carrots" survived. i was wrong, because i forgot on what place the carrots and sallads were planted : (
the carrots i expected should have had multible colors ( purple, white , orange and yellow ) but, better luck next year.
