This tasty Salty Watermelon Shrub Elixir Smoothie is made with sweet watermelon, sour apple cider vinegar, and a touch of salt. It's the best thing to drink on a hot summer day or whenever you need to feel better.
Ingredients: 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 2 tablespoons honey. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves. 1 cup ice cubes.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the fresh watermelon chunks, apple cider vinegar, honey, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and well combined. Add the fresh mint leaves and ice cubes to the blender. Blend again until everything is well incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Pour the Salty Watermelon Shrub Elixir Smoothie into glasses and garnish with extra mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
