I don't know if it's luck or what, but the folks at every wedding were/are so damn cool! Sounds cliche, but for us it's the truth. Everyone was so welcoming, excited and appreciative; its incredibly motivating. The hours are long. Food truckin' is hard work. But every time I see a guest take a bite and their eyes light up and they smile - it makes it all worthwhile. Especially the "apprehensive" guests - so cool to see them try Brazilian food for the first time and they go crazy. Having the opportunity to share Brazilian food and culture here in Maine is a dream come true! And sharing those special moments with my team of kick-ass ladies makes it even better. They rocked it through a WILD 5 months of events (20 weddings!! 😲), and they're still here with me on the final day with smiles on their faces - ready for another unforgettable wedding day🥰 Together we've towed this 10,000# monster #foodtruck from Portland to Moosehead Lake to Stockton Springs. Through blown tires, back roads, cry cry parties, and the occasional person that just kinda sucks, it's been incredibly FUN.
