Billy Forbes born in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands is a Turks and Caicos Islands international footballer who plays for San Antonio FC in the United Soccer League. He made his international debut for Turks and Caicos Islands in 2008, and has appeared in FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. He scored the game-winning goal in the 2014 Soccer Bowl.Forbes played during the summer of 2012 for the Mississippi Brilla of the USL PDL. In May 2014 he joined San Antonio Scorpions from WV King's Warriors. The San Antonio Scorpions organization ceased operations following the 2015 NASL season. Forbes signed with NASL expansion side Rayo OKC on January 28, 2016. San Antonio FC has since signed Forbes for the 2017 USL season pending league and federation approval. Forbes returns to San Antonio where he spent two seasons playing with the now-defunct San Antonio Scorpions (NASL) from 2014-15. During his time with the Scorpions, Forbes appeared in 48 matches, scoring nine goals and recording a club-high 15 assists while helping lead his team to the 2014 NASL Championship at Toyota Field. Forbes led the NASL in assists in 2014 (seven), while ranking second in the same category the following season (eight).
