Farmtale as taken me so much. I see that someone had hurt Anne by back-stabbing her and she went to the Human Monster boarder and started singing. I see the Farmdale world having Monster's only farming and living in one spot only and so they would have a wall around it to keep them in. Anne, not aware of the monster behind the wall, would see her hurt the soul. 

I see that, besides from battle, Souls being brought out for monsters is a very personal thing, same with humans though. Because Anne is going through something that hurt her so deeply it started to affect her soul so she brought it out to see the damage. Because she thinks she is alone she doesn’t see it as “rude”. 

Also, the backstabbing isn’t like a friendship backstab, it would be a romantic partner. Probably a one-sided lover. I feel like it would affect her badly that she would be as far as she could and would sing her heart out.
