        he would’ve totally pulled on it if he wasn’t worried she’d whack him. his smile was too good to lose to a mere human’s fist! maybe he could convince her to punch kakeru instead, that’d really be hilarious.

        “speaking of favoring, you’d think he’d be treating you a little nicer, instead of going along with this game, huh? what’s that all about? i guess he really doesn’t value you as much as you’d think, eh?”

Seto sucked in a deep breath. This new place was so confusing and it scared him. But he had to stay strong and brave! He looked around, trying his best to figure out what he might be able to do.

For the first time, he noticed something. He was unable to use his eye ability. Not that it was that big of a deal to him. He hated it. But it just made Seto feel even more uncomfortable...

Seto just sat on the ground, doing his best to not cry.

        perhaps if he didn’t understand or know where this original knowledge had come from, these memories of timelines long gone, he would have drawn it up to photographic memory. but he knew better. and it didn’t help shintaro kisaragi be any less of a disaster, unfortunately.

        so he’d just been wandering this place. he knew he was dead. he knew he’d killed ene. he knew that he’d...

        a flash of red distracted him from his thoughts, a scarf, but that couldn’t be, could it? even so, he practically spun on his heel.

The Haze continued to intrigue the fallen. To think someone other than Satan himself could come up with such hellscape. Even when it proved to give him the same torment that it gave to the other resident, he can’t help but give credit where credit is due. Perhaps there is a way to join those so called Snakes in giving endless torment to unfortunate souls for their own amusement...

Still, some of the actors in this play seem out of place. Most of the residents didn’t seem to go over the age of eighteen and he couldn’t help but wonder what could’ve brought such an early end to their lives. Perhaps this newfound sense of pity had something to do with the memory of a loved one he had.

But, since he hated feeling such emotions for creatures like humans, he needed to hate them once again. And what better way for that than interacting with one of them!

“Hey, you, the small human with that red scarf. Come over here I need to talk with you so I can hate you”
