Mayor Scar isn't just the mayor - he also runs a gardening and flower shop. The hobbyist beekeeper of the village, Xisuma, starts to find fresh flowers on his doorstep every morning. One day, he sets a jar of honey on Scar's countertop.
Scar is deeply confused as to why Xisuma would randomly give him food. Somehow, he doesn’t realize that this is also flirting.
All the EVs-evil versions-absolutely adore NPG. NPG and most of the EVs live in their villain HQ, except EX and Hels who live in a tiny apartment. Grian sometimes spends nights at the HQ so he can spend time with his brother, and so he can gossip about Scar-Grians best friend-to the EVs. Scar is a hero who has a crush on vigilante Xisuma, he talks about him to Grian alot and Grian tells everything to the EVs who have a bet going on.
Is Grian technically giving villains important info on heroes? Yes. Will that stop him? No.

As the mayor and the admin respectively, Scar and Xisuma are forced to collaborate after Scar was elected. They expected to mostly work separately, but for some reason they really prefer working together... even if they get less done.
