P - Invent a random AU for any fandom (we always need more ideas).
To be honest I’ve always liked the idea of a time in the X-men where Logan is part of a world where Scott Summers wasn’t found by Charles Xavier. Kind of an alternate universe that delves away from cannon in the movieverse maybe post-Logan where he wakes up in a world where Scott was never an X-Men team member and Logan realizes that this is a very bad thing. In an effort to make things right Logan feels he has no choice, but to go back in time and find Scott and bring him to Charles to become an X-Men before the world in itself falls apart except when Logan finally meets a younger version of Scott, he has to decide whether or not he is willing to take Scott to Charles knowing the pain that Scott will undoubtedly endure on his ‘predestined path’. I know that’s more like an AU fic, but that was an idea that played around in my mind for a long time. Does that count?
Q - A fandom you’ve abandoned and why.
Arrow. I used to watch the show, but the fandom wars just got to be too much for me when it became all about certain pairings and fan wars and less about enjoying the show. I learned through that show that it was hard to be a fan if you were online because too many people were fighting about who belonged with who and it just felt really ugly in a lot of ways.

How do you think a Scogan beauty and a beast AU would go?
I’m so sorry that I didn’t respond to this one sooner. I’ve had a super busy time with class stuff, but since you asked, Off the top of my head I would imagine it would start with a bit of twist than the traditional story. I’ll say thatScott is a very fierce, independent young guy living in his village, who isbeing pursued by unsuitable suitors because although he’s blind, he’s extremelybeautiful, yet clueless about it. Always one to do the right thing, he’sputting off those potential suitors in pursuit of real love and happiness whiletaking care of the one man (Charles) who took him in, raised him and gave him achance at a real life. Obviously you know how the story would go in Scott’ssense of duty leading Scott to a place where Logan, who was feared by the town,was at. Grudgingly the two would be at odds with one another at first, butstill drawn to one another. Because Scott is ‘blind’ he can’t see the beast/monsterthat the world has led Logan to believe that he is. Instead he sees Logan basedon his actions and slowly Scott and Logan start to fall for one another. Scottsees Logan through his own perception of the world when Logan is able to letdown his defenses and reveal the man he never lets the world around him see.Scott, on the other hand, it able to open up and allow himself to be vulnerableand feel with Logan as they get closer leading Scott to realize that whatstarted as a miserable experience became the one thing he’s always been seekingout. Logan gets all protective of Scott wanting to be a better man than what heonce was before meeting him. Scott falls head over heels and they live happilyever after. Sound good?
