[my opinion] Everyone, I’ve discovered that Penny from Stardew Valley is definitely for the ladies!!!!!

Ships like “Maru x Penny” (a classic favorite ship) , “Penny x Haley” (a beautiful ship) & “Abigail x Penny” (a hidden gem I adore) are a chef’s kiss to my heart.

Marriageables (1.7): if they were in an American High School (idk if other countries have this) marching band.

Abigail: canonically plays percussion and flute

Alex: like 4th Trumpet. (He’s not going to actually be in marching band obviously, he’s on the team. If he’s in symphonic band, he’s last chair. Ironically has a great ear for pitch, but refuses to actually learn trumpet.)

Clint: low brass

Elliott: canonically plays piano, but would be a drum major (not actually the percussion the guy with the baton)

Emily: flag line/majorette or flute (maybe sax)

Haley: see above (first two) whichever one Emily DOES NOT do

Harvey: the elusive male clarinet, (also in jazz quartet 😏)

Leah: mellophone or saxophone.

Maru-mellophone (French horn normally) or clarinet (normally oboe)

Penny- the most clarinet that ever clarinetted

Sam: has played every instrument (switches like every year), but probably low brass (in a different way then Clint- clint is the shy giant, Sam is eating dry ramen noodles and shaving in the bleachers)

Sandy: sax, clarinet, flute. She gives woodwind

Seb: charms or percussion if they force him to actually march. (canonically plays keyboard)

Shane: trumpet (I just give the players trumpets I guess lol) not great, better than Alex.

I always think about those stardew valley oc x canon pairings, but they also remind me of these certain ships for each of them. With that being said, I hope you’ll enjoy!
