tymide and se’kai

(i love giving se’kai the look of a dead Victorian child)

this is when se’kai was a teenie tiny baby she always needed to be carried around. she was to tiny to be let on the ground

meet se'kai's mother Tymide! (named after a ivy that grows on trees on their planet.)

this big mama stands at over 8 feet!

she is a retired hunter now healer,

she retired because of a large spinal injury (she cannot run or jump long distances anymore)

She's from a tribe of yautja that were slaughtered by super predators. (i never see anyone make art or mention them, i really liked that movie and the design of the super predators personally.)

In the tribe the mother creates a large shawl with the skin patterning/color as the mother and as their children age she sews their achievements and stories into the shawl,

mainly the females get their shawl and the males get a handmade spear from the father with their story etched into the spear,

and gives it to them when they reach adult hood.

Tymide wears her mothers shawl has her mother did before her and so on, there was a great hall full of these shawls from hundreds of generations but it was all destroyed.

all thats left of the tribe is se'kai tymide and nekae.

nekae (or as sekai calls him "stains" which refer to his patterning when hes older) is pictured here

(i had alot of fun with designing her and giving her a motherly aura to her while still giving that "i don't take sh*t from anybody." look to her) which she doesn't,

A elder once struck se'kai (not hard just a correction, but was a bit to hard for tiny se'kai) for stealing a knife to look at and play with and tymide just about folded that old fart like a folding chair.

se'kai learning from teth'kah aka peepaw teaching the youngster healing stuff

se'kai loves to learn from teth'kah hes much more gentle with learning then the other healers who are more then willing to break your spine if you lick the wrong plant and paralyze half of your body, (cough cough se'kai might of did this, she couldn't move for the rest of the day) and is more willing to share information to her rather then let her figure it out on her own (which leads to less mistakes on her end)

she currently does not know enough to be a full healer, but she can aid in large gashes or illnesses and or missing limbs (if another healer is supervising)

also nicknaming teth'kah as peepaw will never not be funny

Sekai! se’kai is a young female runt yautja

she’s 6 feet tall

she has a neurological condition (similar to autism/adhd) that affects her balance making her terrible at stalking through the trees.

despite her being a runt her mother very much loves her, same with her brother though some of the members of the tribe don’t like her much.

she’s apart of the grey skull tribe along with Teth’kah and fere’kon.

She’s learning to be a full healer.

she’s terrible at using weapons the only weapon she can use is her chain knifes which fere’kon made for her because he noticed her struggling with the other weapons.

Fere’kon and se’kai are the same age.

Se’kai lives with her mother and brother in a small forest/jungle tribe lead by elder Verah a elder female.

Hey guys I’m not dead! Just drawing other things I figured I might show this to you I’ve been into the predator franchise recently so I drew my own Oc’s!

(I think I will eventually get back to making some bitty art but I like doing my own thing currently)

Also this is my first attempt at drawing yautja so if his face looks alittle wonky that’s because their faces are very complicated to draw 😓

Se’kai (yautja for blue eyes) is my human oc who lives and fights along side fere’kon ( scar face) and they live on a small mostly oceanic planet scarface being a oceanic tribe yautja having more blue tones and more webbed hands compared to the rainforest yautja
