A simple and delicious teriyaki salmon recipe made with just four ingredients. The sweet and savory flavors of teriyaki sauce and honey complement the rich taste of salmon perfectly.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. In a small bowl, mix teriyaki sauce and honey. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the teriyaki mixture over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the salmon. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot, garnished with additional sesame seeds if desired.

Instructions: In a bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped red bell pepper, parsley, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, crushed pepitas, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into small patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook tuna cakes in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through. Instructions: To make the teriyaki marinade, put soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl and mix them together. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets that are in a shallow dish. Put the bowl in the fridge with the lid on for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend. Put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Take the salmon out of the marinade and set the marinade aside. To cook the salmon, add it to the pan and cook for three to four minutes on each side, or until it's done and the sugar starts to caramelize. While the salmon is cooking, glaze it by brushing it with the marinade you saved every so often. When the salmon is done, take it out of the pan and put it on a plate to serve. Before serving, top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
