NCIS: Origins is a family affair for Mark Harmon: Both he and his son Sean are executive producers on the new spin-off. (It's not the first time they've worked together on NCIS -- Sean guest-starred as the younger version of his father's character on a few episodes of the franchise's flagship series.) For them to work as peers on the production staff, though, is a new experience for them, and Mark Harmon said so far, he's really been enjoying the opportunity and proud of how Sean has grown into the role.

NCIS: Origins airs Mondays at 10/9c on CBS and episodes start streaming the following day on Paramount+.

I’m watching Everything Starts Somewhere, and I’m confused. Why does Ducky have an English accent in 1980 but a Scottish accent from 2003-Present?

Also, in Heartland I didn’t think Sean Harmon looked much like his father, but now he must look in the mirror and see his father staring back.

I don’t get why they brought Sean in to play young Gibbs again- the last chronological time was when Kelly was a baby (1984), and then when Mark took over, Kelly was a kid (1991). Also, when Gibbs and Vance met (1991/92 right?), it was Mark, and has been him since. Unless the flashbacks are going back to Gibbs’ time as a young Marine, this is going to cause some really weird continuity errors.
