Please don't take this the wrong way but you do realize that Sebastian probably has a cell phone and surely Anthony has one too and there's also a high probability that they have each other's phone number and maybe they even text each other from time to time and all their interactions aren't on social media?

Maybe they had a fallout maybe they didn't, maybe Seb is procastinator and jist forgot to answer, maybe he didn't write anything because he's the one managing Anthony Mackie's Instagram account and he wrote that post to himself😂. All of this to say that no one knows anything about it expect them and thei their close friends. And there is be absolutely no way of knowing anything from their social media interaction only.
