Hell world building list:
Wrath: Wild and chaotic. Black forests covering most of the area. Huge, abandoned castle like homes. Rampant with vicious chaos demons that will hunt outsiders like prey. No laws, boundaries or prisons. Very easy to get lost. Some areas burn with the hottest flames imaginable. Smell of burning amber wood is always in the air. Sky is always a deep midnight blue with floating blue flames that resemble stars. Certain days are kill or be killed. Chaos demons will hunt their mates down in the woods and use them how they please. No way out by yourself.
Greed: Corporate and cold. Giant, unwelcoming cities with composed, sneaky demons. Polluted air. Liars and cheats, soul dealing and imprisonment. Nasty organizations that compete to have the highest soul count. Baroque works is the top company. Mainly gray, rainy and chilly. No sun and clouds are always in the sky. No plants or animals in sight. Greed demons will often use wrath demons to attack people who try and get out of deals. Chaos demons tend to avoid this circle as they do not care for law and order.
Envy: Icy and uninviting. Only heat source are the Rivers Of Resentment. Filled with toxic blood instead of water. Chernobyl looking wasteland, dead trees and plants. Snakes everywhere. You can't trust an envy demon. They're just waiting to stab you in the back. Unwelcoming to any outsiders that could overpower them. Deathly afraid of the Wrath demons and will attempt to put them against each other as a defense mechanism. Brings out the worst in any demon or soul.
Sloth: No concept of time. Comfortably warm. Demons are relaxed but deadly if necessary. Koi ponds, cabins and crisp woods. Do not wake a sleeping sloth demon. They'll jab you with their sharp-tipped tail and render you unconscious. Neutral ground as long as trouble isn't caused. Demons will travel here to fall off the grid and live a quiet life if they please. Only chaos demons can sniff out anyone hiding in this circle.
Lust: Eye catching and fun. Neon signs and sex advertisements everywhere. Filled with swinger clubs, porn studios, drug deals, cheap motels and sex stores. The air is intoxicating and an active aphrodisiac. It's warm and the sky resembles a red, pink and yellow sunset at all times. Very few demons have clothes. There's a forest with several hot springs that circles around the entire town. A chaos demon should NOT come here. They become ravenous and insatiable.
Gluttony: Hard circle to resist. Strip mall looking area with food courts and bars as far as the eye can see. Endless loop of some of the best food around. Air smells delicious. Glutton demons can become cannibals if pushed too far. They will eat their own kind if there is nothing else around. Don't like to work for their meals. Everything is fast and accessible, comes in bulk. Almost impossible for human souls to stop consuming, even if it becomes painful. Chaos demons tend to stay away because they'd rather hunt.
Pride: Similar to the city of Heaven. Guarded with huge golden gates. Flames of gold line the cobblestone streets. Very medieval. Huge colosseums where battles of the best demons take place. Everything is a competition. Sells a lot of weapons. Tons of demonic animals. Hellhounds are treated like royalty. It's almost impossible to get into the circle of Pride. Only top tier demons may enter. Never cold and only sometimes dark. Chaos demons are used as guard dogs here, as well.
