One of the Celestial Dragons, Sharlia is rather beautiful in comparison to other World Nobles, but is just as much of an asshole as the rest of them. She always carries a gun on her just in case she gets pissed off, and vows that the Straw Hats will one day rue the time they crossed her. There’s not a lot of her, so for the last two pictures I used her Japanese voice actress (Rumi Kasahara) and her English voice actress (Tiffany Grant).
