I’m confused about many things, but I’m especially confused about the whole girl-on-the-plane thing. Was it Eurus’ voice over the phone? Was she aware the whole time that there was no girl on the plane? Was she in control and it was all part of the game? If so, why was it just that she wanted in a hug at the end and everything was okay? Was she just psychotic? If so that’s a pretty weird and unpleasant way of using mental illness. She seemed pretty in control the whole time, so I really have no idea.

I strongly believe that Nurse Cornish here represents the casuals who don’t understand the show. They think it’s gone downhill, makes no sense, but that’s only because they don’t understand it or its creators.

he was talking about himself in his deduction of “faith” - 

mrs hudson (real mvp tho) and her deduction of ‘sherlock is emotional af you idiot’

Drink code in TLD

Not only did we have the tea spill anticipated from the s4 intro, we also had the most explicit exchange yet

Sherlock: I have to drink a cup of tea Billy: is 'cup of tea' code? Sherlock: it's a cup of tea Billy: because you might prefer some coffee *Sherlock proceeds to start making tea before he deduces “Faith”’s gun*

Not only is tea code, Sherlock definitely wants it instead of coffee. He started to make tea (gay love confession) but aborted it because something more important happened (John needed him). It’s coming, gang.

@ormondsacker I hope you don’t mind me tagging you, but I thought of your comfort post. John’s pain (like “Faith”’s) is what stopped him from making tea at that exact moment, but there will be tea.

Okay so the conclusion of #Sherlocklive is yet another person making their death count, a la Emilia Ricoletti. If Mary is really dead, it was all part of the game.

The “miss me” is obviously a reference to Moriarty and I think a further linking of him to Mary. However, I also think this is an expression of John’s guilt. The game is on and he’s back with Sherlock. He knows he loves him more than he ever loved Mary and they’re back together doing what they love (having adventures), so he doesn’t miss her and he feels incredibly guilty. This is his subconscious guilt-tripping him and it’s why he’s still clinging on to her throughout the episode, why he breaks down at the end. If Mary is indeed revealed to have been working with Moriarty all along, he will be free of his guilt and able to happily be with Sherlock.
