Who else can relate to this? We all know when we have to do ‘one more urgent task’ before rushing to a meeting or boarding a plane, we get that task done in a fraction of the time it would take us if we had all day to do it.
Many driven business people come up with great plans and want them in place right away. Nothing wrong with that.
But then people say, “we’ll need more time to do that”. Then that plan goes from taking 1 month to 12 months to get implemented.
