Rich Orrick goes BIG with awards!
Last night the London ad industry turned Grosvenor House into a scene from Madmen as it welcomed the Campaign Big Awards 2012. Amongst the work awarded in the Film categories were Rich's ‘Three Little Pigs’ for The Guardian, Barnardo’s ‘Life Story’ and Lynx ‘Sporty Girl’, whose sister spots ‘Brainy Girl’, ‘High Maintenance Girl’, ‘Flirty Girl’ and ‘Party Girl’ were awarded ‘Commendation’ and ‘Finalist’ status.
As if that weren’t enough awards happiness for one week, Shots also announced their Awards shortlist and we were very pleased to see Rich in the Best Editor category. The awards show is in its second year and boasts Jose Miguel Sokoloff (Lowe WW), Nacho Gayan (Co-founder Agosto arcelona and Director at Stink), Cedric Gairard (Pulse Films U.S), Victor Ng (Havas Worldwide) and Andy Bird (Publicis London) as its judges for the Best Editor Category.
