Soul Edge
In the continuing tradition of Mecha Musume, Aoshima’s ACKS line of kits is putting out a mecha-girl version of the Siegfried from Macross Delta. What’s really neat about this kit is how it accommodates the whole transforming gimmick in addition to the anime-girl integration, with her riding it in Gerwalk mode and being a separate entity in jet mode before wearing the thing as power-armor for the ‘robot’ mode. There’s just a bit more thought and play-value put into it than your average robo-girl toy, and it seems much cooler for that. Definitely worth a look, especially if they end up doing more.
